Job Description

  • Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users.
  • Perform problem solving and assistance on various software applications faults for internal users using Salesforce system (BE-360) and hardware
  • Administer and control user accounts and IT assets.
  • Manage of Backup system, Anti-virus server ,Update software and Other system
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  • Manage own tasks, schedule and deliverables and co-ordinate the work of other. In addition, be accountable for specific areas of responsibility/deliverables.
  • All internal cases are closed or manage correctly on timely manners and completion of results and processes
  • All IT assets are monitored and maintained.
  • All IT assets are well prepared and correctly checked for the new hiring and resignation process.
  • System, network, and other IT accounts are well monitored or managed in a timely manner.
  • Highly stable infrastructure is characterized by maximum availability, very few outages, and low service disruptions.
  • Achievement of functional goals and targets.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support function.
  • Strong knowledge in software, hardware, network, and IT security.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good responsibility and communication skill
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Service-minded and initiative
  • Fast learning ability
