IT Support Officer
Job Description
Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users.
Perform problem solving and assistance on various software applications faults for internal users using Salesforce system (BE-360) and hardware
Administer and control user accounts and IT assets.
Manage of Backup system, Anti-virus server ,Update software and Other system
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Manage own tasks, schedule and deliverables and co-ordinate the work of other. In addition, be accountable for specific areas of responsibility/deliverables.
All internal cases are closed or manage correctly on timely manners and completion of results and processes
All IT assets are monitored and maintained.
All IT assets are well prepared and correctly checked for the new hiring and resignation process.
System, network, and other IT accounts are well monitored or managed in a timely manner.
Highly stable infrastructure is characterized by maximum availability, very few outages, and low service disruptions.
Achievement of functional goals and targets.
To perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support function.
Strong knowledge in software, hardware, network, and IT security.
